Temporary break from playing
If you want to temporarily pause your game, you can easily request a “time out” that ranges from 24 hours to up to 8 weeks. By activating the break you will be logged out of your gaming account.
Please note that you will not be able to reverse your time out before the selected period has expired.
- You can log in on Lottohelden.com during your break, but you cannot buy new tickets, scratch cards or games.
- For the duration of the selected period, existing tickets, such as subscription tickets, will continue to participate and be extended as usual.
- It is possible to pay out existing winnings, but you cannot add new deposits to your balance.
- You will not receive promotional notifications by e-mail from Lottohelden.com.
- Your account will automatically be reactivated after the time out has expired.
